JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an international multidisciplinary company with an
expanding team of architects, fire engineers, assigned certifiers and
project managers
The Associate Director will be central to initiatives focusing on the
progressive expansion
and adaptation of school infrastructures, from the establishment of
new
Lead the development and adaptation of school infrastructures in line
with current
educational trends and requirements.
Guide interdisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, from
ideation to completion.
Navigate statutory requirements, ensuring alignment with planning,
fire, and DAC
certifications.
Uphold the firm *;s commitment to quality,
ensuring all projects meet or exceed established
standards.
Mentor junior members, cultivating a culture of teamwork, learning,
and excellence.
Foster transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Oversee meticulous on-site evaluations, guaranteeing that projects are
executed to the
highest standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor *;s or Master**Apply on the
website**;s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent).
• A minimum of * years of experience in
architectural practice, with significant
experience in educational infrastructure projects
• Delivery of Public Works Contracts experience essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of Department of Education SDGs
essential.
• Team scheduling and management essential.
• Delivery of Public Works Contracts experience essential.
•. Knowledge and understanding of Department of Education SDGs

• Team scheduling and management essential.
• Deep technical knowledge, especially in building services,
construction methods,
materials, and fire safety measures.
• Proficiency inGood understanding of CAD software; experience with
BIM
technologies is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
• Proven experience in overseeing multiple work-streams and managing
large,
multidisciplinary teams.
